All Staffed events are subject to a 20% Offsite catering Fee

This fee includes but is not limited to: staff set up & clean up,

Linen for the food service line & chafing dishes, disposable plates, cutlery, napkins,

Serving utensils & beverage cups, uniform maintenance,

General liability insurance, workers compensation insurance for each employee,

Vehicle expenses including renting vehicles when necessary,

Clean-up & trash removal if needed

Delivery Fee- all office, business & home deliveries are subject to a $25.00 fee.

This fee is waived if MCC is providing service staff for your event
